I love this piece. It can mean so many things and probably does to many people. I think we have all felt like this on the inside before. It might be a person who is chafing under the uniformity of the world, their work, their boring routine, etc. Or it can convey the feeling of suffering from mental illness, which affects 1 out of 6 people in the world.
