Belgium is capital of Europe and it places between France and Germany.
And to sadden for French, I have to forget to activate my English French translator.

Thanks mate, since I dont really speak french(?) im not sure if I get this, but its something about weather I used illustrator or photoshop, yeah? If so, I can tell you I only used photoshop for this design.

how exactley does it work with such a psd webdesign? Is it only for flash based websites?

Well, im not an expert when it comes to scripting/htlm/css and such, but I would say its fully possible to use this design, only using html/css/php. It will probably look better with flash though.
