Description Not a very good picture or clear but one i thought id share anyway...the sky is so clear and beautiful tonight you can see all the stars!!!!!

I didnt have the right camera for stars but it was a nice afternoon anywhoo

I struggled getting the focus right along with all the other settings, you've done great to get any shot with all this light pollution these days!

Yeah true!! we were in the middle of derbyshire down on the goyt valley dont no if youve heard of it? there was no light polution around my friends photos were stunning but then again i prefer to take day photos and shes doing a photography degree so no wounder mines not to great

One of the planets is quite close at the moment too, cant remember which one but i've seen it for the past 2 nights that i've been out.

theres nothing like the country sky on a clear night i can just stare up at it for hours!!! the northern lights are happening at the minute too though ive not seen it happen i think its mainly happening in scottland! oh really it isnt the milky way or something like that is it? i no my friend mentioned it...but i forget why

Yeah the country is great for stargazing I believe the Aurora Borealis has been seen as south as North Yorkshire! I wish it would come further south I think it did last year or the year before.

No the Milky Way is our galaxy.
It could be Venus or Mercury, but im not sure.

told you i have no knowledge or interest in this star milarky she was chatting on and i was half listening and nodding like i new what she was talking about awful of me i no!!!
I would love to see the Aurora Borealis it was over the penines last night absolutely gutted i missed it...I went stargazing on the rong night i think it is going to reach down south hopefully they were saying on the news!!!

she sure does and shes doing a photography degree and part of her course is on stars so i think thts why she nos abit too! i no weathers poop here tonight too
