One thing I forgot to mention , isn't ImperialDramon Paladin the Founder of the Royal Knights. That's how I heard it, so should Jesmon be included or was he like a newer added RK.

Who knows. But I think he is most likely a newly-added Royal Knight since he is Gankoomon's pupil in the lore. Or perhaps something bad happened to Jesmon in the past which resulted him to revert back to his Rookie form again. Gankoomon was just helping him to get his power back. This is just my assumption though. Anything is possible.

Well unfortunately the sword is not Omegamon as a person. Omegamon is an independent Digimon and if you write 13 Royal Knights you have to make Omegamon on it as your own Digimon, otherwise it is distorted
