Edit: Completely forgot her ears (no idea how, but fixed it anyway)Oh man, did this take ages to paint. I'm happy with the result though and I'm learning new things all the time.
So, another painting of my WoW character Lysistratae Evermoon. I wanted to customise the armour style a little and make it my own rather than just plain copying the pixels from the game. I do love the Malorne set though.

I've always been nervous about shading. I was taught never to use black unless completely necessary.

I completely agree, and I must say, the shading compliments this piece perfectly, it almost makes her seem a little, hazy, which is a really nice effect
