Coming off as apathetic and strict, Zhihui holds her home country's older traditional values which have now faded with new generations to heart. Hardworking, determined, and deliberate with every action--she never lets a second go to waste. Despite her generally stoic face, she's sincere and earnest, never taking the easy way out. She considers the work she does very important, and is systematic in the way she does things, often to the point of it being painstaking to watch. Zhihui isn't one for impulse decisions or disorganization, checking the things she does in meticulous detail before considering it complete.

Although her face and air seems uptight and cold, she's surprisingly calm and gentle when spoken to, always polite and composed. She takes the code of honor to heart--although her job often calls for it, when given the choice to take the higher road, she will do so. However, if such decisions will jeopardize the current mission, she will not hesitate to change her tactics. Although the assassination business cannot always be taken as an esteemed line of work, she respects her coworkers and those killed equally, considering all life dignified, regardless of whom they were and where they come from. Although what she does isn't virtuous, she still tries to uphold her personal integrity and honesty at least within the company itself.

However, considering the age, her ideals are ancient. She's very strict to the rules and code of operation, and often enforces regulations with an iron fist. Stemming from this also comes her age-old habit of being a prude. She's also quick to scold, and won't hesitate to speak out if she considers something improper.

Zhihui uses her hand in larger companies (especially the life insurance company she works for) in order to cover things up from the public and gather contacts from external sources. Zhihui is all about connections--rather than just the information itself, she uses the relationships and influence she has in order to work behind the scenes, especially in her homeland of East Asia.
