The Effect That Comes With Looking At A Piece After It's Completed... The "Step-Back" And Look Again Affair. I Guess The Glorious Thing Is With Digital-Art Is That The More You Look, The More You Realise Everything Is "Never Finished".

So Yeah, After ~robiben Inspired Me To Go Back And Play HL2 - Episode 1 Again, I Finished Playing And Got To Thinking About Valve's Use Of Bloom And HDR Effects And How It Inspired The Shading Of My Original Deviation. But Upon Review - Well, Lets Just Say I'm Never Happy With Anything I Do, Even If It Does Take Me Four Months To Realise It.

Apart From The Environmental Effects, I'll Go Through A Quick Run-Down Of What Was Changed.
- Gun And Skin Areas Had Textures Placed Upon Them
- Logo Was Changed From The Aftermath Logo To The Episode One Version.
- Headband Changed From Red To Black (I Swear That Things A Different Colour In Every Reference Pic I See)
- Slight Tweaking Of Shading (Barely Anything, But Under Orange Some Errors Stood Out Like Dogs Balls)
- LineArt Colour Varies From Orange To Black Depending On The Light Hitting It.
- A Whole New Layer Added To Strengthen The Bloom Effect
- Border Is Now Black And White (An Experiment Which I Thought Worked Well And Was Retained)

Anyways, Sorry For The Lack Of New Deviations - Somebody "Borrowed" My Sharpener And Didn't Put It Back, Which Doesn't Matter Anymore Because My Pencil Fell Into The Spare-Wheel Bay In My Mum's Car, And Getting It Back Would Be FAR Too Much Effort. Any Excuse For New Supplies I Guess.
