This illustration is inspired by 40th anniversary ofΒ the first Serbian horror movie with same tittle "Leptirica"(The She-Butterfly).This film shows the classic vampire from Serbian myths, as connection with werewolves,Β "soul" in form of moth, weakness as hawthorn wood stake etc.
btw. Word "vampire" came from Serbian language and now is in use world wide.
