Gene Starwind's my most favorite anime character of all time(I even based my character's clothing off of his). And Outlaw Star's my most favorite Anime.
It's nice to see such high quality art of such an under rated series.

The cape looks really cool, and the overall colors and cell shading have a nice retro style that reminds me of Caotain Warlock
The background is cool, but looks a bit too "3D-ish" (with edges too sharp) when compared to the picture. Maybe a pair of photshop filters would have been nice...
