Happy Late Birthday toLove some of his meloetta look, and this one is kinda one of my fav
so i mixed up a bit between the Green design and Blue design
Also first time using PaintTool SAI Ver2, same as SAI but more content to be compatible more with Photoshop Psd Files, which is fine by me
and have big resolution by default, so be ready for more HD Arts
Made with PainttoolSAI 2 & Photoshop CS6
