Also first time i do flat hair, worth itanother shiny meloetta art walking on the beach, i think it fit better than the original because of the blue hair, it work better with the beach/summer theme
the hat have a form of a nenuphar which explain the pink flower on top of it, it's because of the headset, so it can fit on it without going through
the dress is a mix color of blue and brown, blue because it's a shiny, brown because meloetta original dress are brown (and also the headset is brown aswell)
and yes there's a swimsuit under the dress, she's gonna need it for swimming obviously

I agree with you, I prefer her hair blue rather than green and, as you rightly pointed out, it match the color of the sea (btw, you made it so real!). She looks wonderful and happy, enjoying the summer weather. However I hope she used a lot of sunscreen, with such a white skin, she'll get sunburn ultra easily
