Very honest and fair, this male will always put his pride’s well being above all else. He is the kind of ruler that will immerse himself within his people, listen to their concerns and help where he can if it’s within reason. He is the true definition of the ‘Good King’. Following a strict code of honor, he will always fight alongside his warriors in battle. Even when faced with a two-timing or sly opponent, Kazana will not stray from his morals and will fight fair to the very end.

While he is a social individual, often found laughing with close friends or playing with the next generation, Kaz is highly aware of his surroundings. After almost losing his life a few times in the past, this male is very cautious. He is quick to pick up changes involving those close to him, from how they act to where they have been. A stickler for details, everything has its place and he doesn’t often like when things change.

Probably the most prominent part of his personality is Kaz’s kind heart. Always there for those who need someone to talk, he is the perfect candidate with a shoulder to cry on or give you advice. Quick to greet everyone with a smile, it’s rare to see him upset and even when he is, this male will often hide his own pain to make sure those around him are not affected. Gentle and patient, he is truly a giant teddy bear.

Being a very sweet natured lion does not mean he is easily swayed or doesn’t have moments of anger. Kazana is very strict when it comes to the well being of the pride, as well as the behavior of his own children. A very intimidating male when he is upset, it’s not smart to cross paths with him. He is the rock of the pride and because of this he will not break under pressure not matter the situation. He is a strong-minded creature and there is no swaying him from his beliefs or opinion.

Everyone has their weaknesses and strengths, Kazana is no different. He knows more than anyone what he lacks both physically and mentally. Sometimes coming off as a little arrogant, Kaz’s confidence in himself is easily shown by the way he presents himself or acts. Always trying to improve his weaknesses in some way, this male isn’t afraid to jump into the deep end of the pool and come out empty handed. He learns from his mistakes.

His knowledge comes from experience. While he is smart when it comes to tactics, how to run a pride and most of life’s problems, Kazana doesn’t know everything. Being intelligent in his own way he isn’t afraid to go to others for advice. Sometimes thought of as ‘wise beyond his years’ the truth is he has simply seen a lot. A fierce protector and slightly possessive of a few things Kazana is above all else Loyal to his family, friends and pride. He would easily give up his life to protect someone he cares for and will never break a promise he has given. A lion you want on your team, he will always give his all.

Being on the larger side of the Angkora lions, Kaz is a very noticeable and extremely handsome male. With a golden pelt, thick peacoat mane and muscles that can put body builders to shame. He is built like a tank and has the power to go with it. His strength is not often rivaled and because of his larger frame he does lack speed that some individuals posses. Often the first thing you will notice about this male is his presence; decorated with scars from battles, a kingly attitude and eyes that are always judging. One would be foolish to not be intimidated or frightened by him. He is a beautiful creature that should be both feared and admired.

History:
Kazana’s life has always been full of those good and bad days. First born to King Karan, his birth was said to be a blessing from the Sky Lion as Angkora’s next ruler. Growing up under the watchful eyes of his father, learning the ways of their pride and what was expected from a ruler. Kaz showed great promise. He was born to rule from the moment he could talk and those around him simply helped direct him towards the right path.
Training alongside the guards daily, learning his duties from his father and enjoying the company of close friends in his spare time there was never a moment of boredom. It wasn’t until he was older that he finally began venturing out on patrols. Unaware of the true dangers of their enemies it was because of that faithful day he would soon learn his first harsh lesson. Meeting a dark lion with red shoulders and being as friendly as he was, the pair seemed to hit it off instantly.
Their secret friendship went on for almost a year until Kazana was tricked into eating poisonous mushrooms and left for dead. Managing to drag himself close enough to home and being found by a guard patrol that happened by. This began a string of bad luck for the male after he made a full recovery.
That same year, during a battle against the Skadu, Kazana lost his closest brother Mugisa. Unable to come to his aid fast enough the male was brutally tortured before the patrols’ eyes. The pain of losing his brother and the fact he could have been saved haunted Kazana. Promising he would not let this happen again. He became more serious with his training and patrolling, doing all he could to protect those he cared for.
With his father’s passing to the Great Sky Lion’s pride, Kazana took the throne. His kind ways as a King proved that he truly was a blessing from the Sky Lion. Striving to make his pride powerful not only in their strength but also unity, his greatest challenge still lurks in the shadows, who will he name his heir?
