Done for the official art contest on Kofk.de ~
The easter/spring NPC, Molly. This is about .. a third the size? of the original picture.

I really really wanted to draw her clothes so I ended up doing a fullbody for once. It took some time to decide on a pose, since the only real description of her in the NPC area was that she was "shy".. so I came up with the idea of hiding her face behind a flower/some flowers. It also took some time to decide on a flower! I actually went looking around at nurseries and such around here for some spring flowers. I decided a lily would be nice, and chose one called an "Easter Lily" (suitable, eh? xD ). I especially like how it turned out.

Because of my vestibular condition it was actually physically difficult to work on this.. so I ended up getting most of it done much later than I would have liked. I think I basically did all of it in 4 days, working up to just a few hours before the deadline. Because of the time constraints I ended up just cellshading, and I was so tired I wanted to cry. XD And then I got food poisoning that night!! Jeez. XD

If I had a bit more time I would have put more detail into all the lace and painted the way I usually do.

Overall I'm really happy with how this came out, I think it's my best (if not one of my best) piece to date. I am overjoyed to have placed at all in the contest, and I hope Firn and everyone else liked it. <3
