Texture. For a while I felt that all my animal artwork looks a bit too digital. With those speed paintings I wanted to loosen up and try something different.
If there is something that you'd change/that sticks out to our eye I'd gladly hear it.

im definitely no expert on digital art did you put a base of a colour down then add other colours over the top? it just seems that way with things like the robin as the red halo's it and causes it to have a strange effect on the lighting as the reflection on its eye makes you think its light comes from the front and the vibrant colour showing from the back gives a second light source not that its a bad thing at all just different it gives energy to the piece. i would tidy up the lines on the ducks feet. for texture all i can really suggest is to check references the more detail you put into them the more realistic it will become e.g. is the top right a type of eagle? if so the feathers should be longer and thinner www.bing.com/images/search?vie… overall i think its a great piece of art especially as you only took 2 hours on them the texture you got in each of them is really good hope this helps

The robin is really sweet and my favourite! Good Idea to add some textures in the backround.
