The severe cold snap we've had, has killed a lot of them off

We've had hardly any snow here in Wells, it's more the east side of the country
Many thanks for the favour, Squire

always a pleasure! I'm hoping to be in your neck of the woods this summer if you're in need of a male model at all
or maybe a beer in a suitable hostelry!

That's rather chilly and so quick.
Honestly Dave, why can't folks see what's happening? I just don't understand. I've seen this happening back in the last century, in '72. That's 50 years ago. There's a lot of blind people about, that's all I can say. I won't rant here

I know.. I can't imagine.. people used to shake their heads when I said I remembered lots more snow when I was growing up and now this is just ridiculous.. and parts of Europe are having the harshest snowiest winter in decades.. the weather is all screwy.. how can they say global warming isn't happening.. I see pictures of glaciers I visited in Alaskin in the 60s that are less than 10percent the size they were then.. crazy

I'm actually finding it hard theses days, to keep myself on an even keel. Having an understanding of what is going on & what's likely to happen in the future is becoming a burden of sorts. I've always looked at the Whole picture, looking at how everything in it is related.
Now this may sound very strange, but medicine & public health and climate change are linked. The more people there are, the more energy is used, the more resources used up to produce more products, to see to more people...
What we need is a Cull, and I hope Gaia comes up with the tool to do it. After all, Homo sapiens is the apex predator(in more ways than one)and its population & distribution is global. It's got rid of most of the other mammalian predators, and sees itself as in charge of the planet. Oh how I pray for a virus/disease that it doesn't have control of, that becomes a pandemic. I see it as our only chance to save the species, as no one wants to act.
