At the market, I caught Dave the Baker saying good bye to an old lady, after she'd bought a loaf & some cake.Edit: Today, Oct. 1st. 2014, I learned that my friendly Baker, Dave, has died. He'll be sadly missed at the Saturday markets

Yes, and it looks like the gods will be crying tomorrow, as heavy rain is forecast in the morning, and the feeling for the loss of Dave &Β to his family from the traders will beΒ almost tangible.
