So, obviously, it's Lock from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Lock was always my favorite out of the trick-or-treaters, not only because I felt sorry that none of his lines rhymed in their song, but because he was voiced by Paul Reubens. And he just looks cool.
And now: an explanation of the title!

You may have noticed that apple he's holding has little lines all over it. That's because everybody knows that if you're going to stuff an apple full of razorblades, you don't leave them sticking out. In the comic book I Luv Halloween, RAUNCH is the sound effect made when the police officer bit into the rigged apple that Finch gave him, and apples always remind me of that now, at least when it comes to halloween things.
