Aw; sweet kitty! I've been missing my cat for the last week or so, being out and about and travelling and whatnot.

Yes, she was quite a friendly cat :3 I'm like that with my cat too, but when I do get home he likes to run and hide until I catch him XP

Reilly just sits on my chest and purrs. She's my precious little ginger XD

XD My cat's really lazy, and literally does nothing, unless you bring out a string. Then he moves a little XP

Reilly will run about the house, and she talks and says little things sometimes. And she's such a love; you can hug her, and hold her like a baby in your arms, and she's perfectly okay with that XD

XD Aww. My cat has lately taken to meowing as loud as he can outside my bedroom door, in the middle of the night, to get me to let him in. He did that last night, as a matter of fact; it must have been about 4 am, and suddenly, 'MEOW. MRRREOW.' I was awake for that, at least, but it did make me jump. Usually I'm asleep, and he's so loud he wakes me up XP

XD Reilly tells me when she wants in, too. She politely scratches on the door and says 'Mum? Mum-a?' Also, she gets either a little worried, or she finds it very interesting, when I read aloud to myself. When I read aloud, I read in another accent to keep myself on task. Usually, the accent is British, and Reilly comes up and begins rubbing all over my laptop and talking and carrying on that way. Also, when I say anything in Irish Gaelic, she tries to talk.

I wish my cat were that polite XP Whenever I try to read aloud I usually pretty much fail at it, I don't know why, but I tend to get distracted, and my throat gets sore or my mouth gets dried out, and it's just generally rather uncomfortable. And I need to work on my British accent XD

I've got my british accent down-pat, and I actually spent most of my eleventh grade year fooling people into thinking I had one XD I've got my Scottish accent pretty well developed, am working on my Irish accent, and need to work on my British Northern accent. Also, I can mimick southern-American accents. (I mean Like Texan and Georgian.) Strangely, though, I still can't mimic the Boston accent, even with half of my relatives being from around there.Ā

XD Oh, that would be fun. I've considered spending a day speaking in a British accent and seeing if I can pull it off, but as of yet I have yet to actually implement this idea. You seem to be quite proficient with the accents XP I've never really liked any of the American accents, personally, and I have an actual dislike for New York accents.

I put on an accent sometimes when I'm travelling, too, just because it's entertaining XDĀ
OH I AM SO WITH YOU. I had to listen to both New York and New Jersey accents for eight years when I lived back there. They are absolutely horrid. New Jersey accents too. Once I had to explain to a classmate the difference between New York and New Jersey, as far as syntax goes, and there isn't really a very BIG difference, besides the fact that in Jersey, they speak through their noses, which lends them a sort of high-pitched whiny quality that is arguably much much worse to listen to. Ā

I've never lived with or been around anyone with an accent like those, but whenever a villain in a movie or TV show has one, I instantly dislike them XD

I dislike Bugs Bunny just for that very reason. We're watching that one episode of Doctor Who, my mum and I, where the Daleks are in Manhattan, and that one lady that's blonde and is in love with Lazlo is horrible. Such an awful accent....
