Long time, no update. Appologies, I've been busy with school. Trying to make the most out of this year before it slips between my fingers.

Having seen Star Wars yesterday, I found myself inspired to finally draw another picture of my Jedi OC; Kaia Vullen, The scene itself is during the attack on the Coruscant Jedi Temple, where a blaster bolt removed her right cheek and parts of her ear. I planned a detailed background, with lots of other jedi and sith engaged in combat, but after four hours I called it quits. Perhaps I'll work on and upload an alternate one day.

I am pleased with the little details of this picture, the burning of her hair, including little flames. The burned muscle, bone and teeth, and believe it or not the skin.
I know she looks like she's been rolled in dirt and I will not excuse myself, because that's part of what's happened to her. Of course the picture could be better, but overall, I like it.
