The Family parting ways following the end of friedensfest once more. Farkas and his family heads back to Verndari, and Lupin decides to accompany them for a bit before he joins with the Na"em Contingent. Farkas insisted that Rawson come with him back to Verndari to rest up, so Rawson obliges (not that he had a choice). Marina tags along as well after she says goodbye to her brother and sister, saying she needs to make sure her adoptive father is faring well before she even thinks of going anywhere.
Lupin and Ivaylo both share a warm glance to each other.
"Don't be getting lost, now, Lupin." Ivaylo said with a hint of humor.
"I won't. I'll see you next friedensfest then, Ivaylo." Lupin smiled. "Hopefully."
"Nah, you will see me unless the cold paws of death drag me away by the heels... or if those two-legged things decide to kidnap me again by that time." Ivaylo joked.
Lupin smiled, going to accompany his family out of the territory to say proper goodbyes to them and spend just a little more time with Rawson, then he would search for his pack and return home with them.
Life is wonderful.
