Thanks so much! It was my first time making armour and I deciding to use EVA foam (Which is also known as craft foam), it worked pretty nicely, especially on the arms, and it was really cheap and easy to work with.
However, next time I'm making armour, I'm planning to use polymorph, which is worth checking out!

I'm afraid we're fully booked out with Hetalia cosplay at the London expo this year! We tend to do Fire Emblem and such at Telford but maybe one year we'll get it down to London ;D It's just having to transfer all the armour and wings would be interesting!
