I would say this is my favorite of the tilt shifts... The scale works out perfectly, really tricks your eye into wondering about what you're looking at... I was fooled! Thought i was looking at a minature train station.

yeah i (quite immodestly ) agree.
the scale here creates an almost perfect illusion
and the fact that those containers are so brightly colored really adds to the scam...
