My first drawing of someone else's OC, and this time it is Bound-Gals-Central dominatrix Harper! There's an array of OCs I could choose from, but this one did strike me as a unique and cool character, and of course I had to truss her up for the occasion, even if she prefers to be on the other side of the bondage, heh. Well, there it is! Will try to reach out to other creators more frequently from now on, since there are many designs that are cool, like Harper, and I want to draw 'em all! >:3
