Well, let's talk about the wings.
Obviously, there are two parts to the wings. (Dubbed Yellow part and Green part respectively.)
The yellow part I assume has the typical structure of the wing. Feathers extruding from the Second digit, Carpometacarpus and Ulna.
What on earth are those green things though? They appear to be extending from the wings, but your drawing implies that there are plant-like, having veins and ridges along them, branching out throughout.
They can't be feathers, since feathers don't really curve... at all... let alone have veins/ridges like that.
All in all, I haven't a single clue what on earth they are. What do you think they are?

Not that you're combining plant and animal, just that you're combining in a way that makes fantasy and science fiction writers facehoof. (or facepalm, if you prefer that terminology)
But it IS your character. If you prefer having a character that makes others facedesk, go ahead, but I'd just have multi-coloured wings instead.

Well, this seems a bit offensive against me, but youre right in your way as well. I'll think of changing the wings to just green and yellow colored wings. Then the feathers wouldnt be that "round" and you and everyone would be happy ^-^

Her Design just came into my mind and I drew her first on Paper, then scanned it and did it Digitally with SAI and a Mouse, like every other Art on my Gallery ^-^
