I had an idea for this guy since last night, and had to draw him. He has a feral and human form.
He always seems sick, and will occasionally start coughing up a hot tar like substance. It burns him, and gives off a foul smell.

In his human form, his face is still torn up, but to the muscle rather than bone, making the tar probably hurt worse in this form.
