Posted old art of them before(which is now deleted) but here is their new design!

Anyways, some info

They are currently a ghost, they had drowned and ended up floating around in between worlds before latching on to an apartment complex. They typically stay around the basement or sometimes the top floors. They constantly have water dripping off of their skin which they tend to track down the building’s hallways. They turn on faucets, bathtubs, showers a lot and tends to enjoy water but they have thalassophobia so they stay away from big areas of water. Also tends to stay away from the Underworld and the In-between(where most ghosts hang out).

Also not sure if they are technically a furry/anthro but eh
