I think you should give the text a darker colour, it's a bit hard to read, but the rest is good as allways

i like it. very clean and easy-to-understand design.

the only "problem" imho is that illustration in header *might* require a special shooting or tricky collaging in order to be placed properly in balance. should they come to changing\rotating it of course. not that its bad, its just some future arse-hours (meaning hours you have to sit to have a job done)
