Almost like Ochako lost a bet or something, a friendship with Amy Rose is curious but considering Ochako is close friends with Mina, who isn't that different than Amy Rose personality wise (Save for the lack over obsessing over a hero), I can totally see these two being friends. I just hope Ochako does not get any relationship advice from Amy, she would likely tell Ochako to be overly up front about it, and Deku (Or Bakugo as I would ship it), wouldn't handle the pressure well (or would just tell her to buzz off).
