At Zabriskie Point during sunrise. For the duration of the soft light, the light would only hit the mountains in the backround. When the sun finally comes up high enough, it will lighten up the fore- and midground step by step and will create a nice movements of shades and light on the rugged scape. It was really cool to observe.
