I seriously LOVE that anime and I don't see much love around, so I made a quickie stamp to avoid exploding... for the moment.I'm seeing fanart coming for this one... inevitably. I tend to go soft for my underground-not-that-loved [AWESOME] fandoms *sniff*
Anyway, I'll go all over this topic sometime in the future, right now I'm finishing Roy plush, but I need to get a replacement for my printer's ink cartridges, print cut and iron the eyes and get the head together. It'll be finished in the following days =3
PS... I hate the previews in the galleries of the new dA version... *rant*

In this one I used Photoshop CS4. They have there an animation option to use layers as frames. Before that, I used Photoshop CS2 and Image Ready CS2. I still like the later better.

Great stamp, I will most definitely be using it! EP is simply incredible, and it's good to see some love for it here on dA (though still not enough xD ). Unfortunately, this seems to be a show that almost all fans of anime have heard of, though few have actually watched :/ Absolutely awesome anime, Ergo Proxy 
Also, you said you wanted to get away from the colorful huge innocent doe eye anime, and I feel I should reccomend Serial Experments Lain (it's another mind-f*** of a show, with great and uncanny atmosphere) though you may have already seen it. It's kind of a classic

I've actually seen Lain, but didn't get me that much, The characters didn't make click with me. Also I watched Witch Hunter Robin recently, it's good, but I think I'm spoiled from EP xD
Man and I know, I've tried to make some friends watch it with me and they just don't seem interested, too much thinking required to appreciate it perhaps D=!! That's a shame!
Anyway, I NEED to work on those fanarts I have around. I sketch a lot but never finish anything xD

Mmm it's definitely not for all tastes, but if you like dark mystery sci-fi novels with lots of info, you'll like it ^^

That actually sounds pretty cool, I've been needing to watch a good anime since I haven't in a long time, I've been afraid to watch anime for some time now. So I'll have to check this one out

To tell you the truth, I'm kinda trying to get away form classic big eyed colorful anime. It doesn't appeal to me right now.
So I remembered Ergo Proxy and I was set, this is what I was looking for

Honestly my reasoning for getting away from it is due to certain peers at school who take the anime fandom too far. I think the only anime(s) that I can say I'm really into is Wolf's Rain(I like wolves but I'm not a wolftard) and the first season of Pokemon(childhood). They have a vhs with the only two episodes of Fire Emblem ever made and I'll get that but it's the school thing that ruined anime for me.
