You don't have to. Β
I am pretty unsure when it comes to the pictures I take. Comments like yours are really encouraging!

I am the editor and production manager for a trade magazine called Wire Rope News, catering to the steel and heavy lifting industries ... so you can imagine that your image really caught my eye. Nice work.

This is stunning! At first, I thought it was yarn. I know a few people that knit and crochet a fair amount, so that's the connection I thought I saw

It's "wire rope"Β so made of metal. It's silky smooth to the touch and incredibly strong.

Thank you, just figured it out courtesy to your comment. I was wondering what you meant because it never ocurred to me that someone would consider one of my pictures worth it. Well now I am ecxited. Β

This framing makes it look like a landscape from another world. Rolling hills as far as the eye can see, except blue and the foliage has a funny texture. I wonder what a different lighting set-up/placement would have done though, if this was on display somewhere, I doubt they'd let you just waltz in and set up a lighting kit. Regardless, nice work.

The texture came out absolutely beautiful. And the color is very interesting too. I wish you could have angled the shot up just a little higher as the peeks into the background at the top of the photo are a bit distracting. I feel I could get lost looking at this photo. It is so intriguing.Β

Thanks for taking the time to comment. <3
I am aware of the mess at the top of the photo and know what you mean. Β It's a bit unfavourable.Β I simply should have taken more time but my lunch break was almost up and therefore was in a hurry.
