It's definitely a bootleg. I have the same one.

That's the guide on how to tell if it's fake or not.

I have one like this, (same stand but different pose) and sorry, but it's fake. Was it really stiff trying to take it apart? Mine was.

Yeah, this is what we call a "bootleg," a terrible ripoff of the original. All nendoroids are made by good smile company! The nendoroid box should look like this

If it doesn't hve the sticker it's a fake. See more about bootlegs here [link]
I hope you can get a refund on her!

This is your bootleg:

And these are the real pictures!:

As you can see, your madoka doesn't have gloves and her face is a weird shiny color, and her base is supposed to be clear. I don't know how wrong they went on the bow. Sorry, I just had to say this because my friend had the same bootleg as you and she got a refund ;;

I disagree, I bought this from an authorized retailer that I personally know.

The only reason I thought this is because I have her too and I'm pretty sure mine is real and she looks a lot different then this one. Did you make the base? Mine comes with a different one. She looks a bit glossy like she was painted. Honestly, I'm only trying to help. Sorry if I'm being annoying...

Well actually Puella Magi Madoka Magica is a famous Anime and we are from different countries, they might come from different factories. Anyway it's not painted

Sorry to disturb^^"a I stumbled upon this while looking for Nendoroid comparison shots.
But all Madoka Magica Nendoroids are made from the same production company which is located in China, and then shipped off to different parts of the world.
One way to check if it is real or not is to check the joints/ball and socket joints supporting in the nendoroid. Originals will have clear joints where as bootleg ones will have opaque joints.
Originals also have a matte sheen to them. And check the eyes for a color gradient sprayed on them. (ori has the color gradient)
And check the box. Bootlegs have a weird color to their box (eg. Printing colors are not accurate etc)

That is most likely true. Puella Magi Madoka Magica is pretty popular.
