So...its been like what...2 years without uploadind anything right...well im back...i made 4 new arts but i lost one(psylocke's) anyway here is the third one....He was suposed to be a new design to NO.17 from Dragon Ball but i ditched that idea and....
I decided to create an OC for the first time...
I plan to add him to either X-men or Mortal Komabat or a kind of INCEPTION (Amazing movie) story but im still yet to decide so if you want to give me and idea i would love it....
SInce he doesnt belong anywhere now he doesnt have a story yet nor a name...this is just his civilian appearance...his costume is yet to be done....and he will be accompained by a femal OC character soon to be made
