Description
Just got a photoshoot back with my newest cosplay, Gray Fox from Metal Gear Solid! For this cosplay, I tried out making my very first sub dye suit! This is the same way the Spider-Man suits are made for the movies. The design starts out as a large, high resolution flat painting of the suit parts, which I made since no Gray Fox pattern existed before this point. Once the painting is done, it gets sent to a fabric printing company that uses sublimation dyeing to print the design on a large sheet of spandex. The printed design is then cut out and sewn together, by friend Raven Roth.

The helmet was sculpted, molded, and cast by Stealth from The Heroes Workshop. It was finished by me.
