Commission work for from his Zodiac fanfiction Classic Bank Robbery

He came up with a lot of villains for this organization and wanted me to draw some quick colored pictures of them. I have drawn about ten so far and will be submitting them over the next couple of days.

Another interesting villain from the organization. Radar has no combat ability whatsoever. He is not even a mediocre hand to hand combatant but his powers are very useful, crazy useful outside of combat and keeps his allies from getting into all kinds of trouble so he should be appreciated and if you read the story, he seems to be at least by the unofficial mission commander Skywolf.

I drew Radar in this position as I kind of imagine him having to run quite a bit as he is woefully unprepared to deal with most supers so he has to be quick on his feet.
