I like this. Even thought it's loose and broad stroke, I can feel the light and atmosphere. Nice.

Really nice! I love seeing these. They get me in a landscape painting mood - although I'm sort of always in that mood. :]
I'm not sure if you'll return to this one, but it might be nice to add some more figures and wrap them up to the bottom right to introduce a foreground element, which could push the scope and distance covered in the painting.

I tend to not return to any of my pieces but I agree that it would really push it. The more (visual) layers a painting has, the more feeling of depth there is. A painting should always have foreground elements but.. I guess I kind of forgot those. '-'

I like how you've hinted at a story with this one - makes me wonder why all those people are heading to the towers (Those are people right? =w=" apologies if they're not)

Yeah, they are people. ^^ Although even I'm not sure why they're headed there-- but it's always nice to have a story in a painting. Makes the viewer's imagination flow. Kind of. I think. : D

Oh good my interpretation wasn't completely off 8D

I love stories in artwork, makes everything just a bit more interesting - particularly if it's vague, then it keeps the viewer guessing
