Regional pokedex numbers 60 and 61. The orca wave pokemon.

Orqua comes from the words "orca" and "aqua." It is a blue orca with a really wavy body, and...a beard? lol. Its typing is water.

Monsorqua comes from the words "monsoon," "orca," "aqua," and possibly "monster." It grows, and its dorsal fin becomes another wave. It may be smiling, but be wary of this orca's strong aquatic bite! Its typing is water.

Like the previous pokemon, this is based off the inside joke that I call them "panda dolphins;" panda being the reason I added orcas to the region.
