Presea-tan, so cute! TvTI wanted to draw her in her "Noblelady" outfit, but I couldn't find any picture of it in that moment. ;;;;
Maybe someday I will ink this, it turned out good. ^ ^;
She is saying: "Thank you" (higher baloon) and "Genius" (Genis-kun's Japanese name).
Presea is a character from Tales of Symphonia, both (C) Namco.

I've been studying it for a long time too, but only in the past 2 or so years I've been really writing it. In any case, I can't get it to look all rounded and cute like yours.
