For the third task at OC-training , Wardrobe!

Since Kathy is a character for a game, she won't have many different outfits.
Ain't no way I'm hand-animating alternate outfits for non-party NPCs! There's way more than a reasonable amount of sprites for me to draw as is. xD

So all she gets is this one dress and corset, but in two colours!
The purple one is the original and the REAL colours of the fabrics. But after the colour purple was criminalized due to associations with the booming rebellion, Kathy had to magic-dye all her purple clothes into different colours...
Her hair she just dyes orange to match the new dress.
(Her natural hair colour is the same as the lighter brown of her ears!)

No, this is not yet the time when I'll explain the design of the dress. You'll have to wait 'till the Wish task before I spill the beans on that one!
Just know that yes, she used to wear makeup and hair dye like that before the rebellion. Usually two-tone hair is not allowed outside of the military, but since her husband is in such a high rank, Kathy gets some of those benefits too.
A high-ranking military man's wife should be allowed to let her status show!

There are many methods to magic-dyeing things. She can change the colour of things with a mere touch using her illusion powers, but the magic would fade away after a while if he doesn't keep touching it every minute or so. She CAN also make permanent magic-dye work with enchantments. In this case, she would use embroidery hidden inside the clothes.
She can easily change the colours of whatever she is weaing with the first method as well as any makeup or her hair since she, well, is touching it all. But in Dev's case she can only change whatever piece she touches. Like his coat! She's not going to torment him by touching his legs or hair, heh. Oh, magic-dyeing hair by touch sure would be something... getting your hands on every single strand of hair... Yeah, magic-dyeing someone else's hair is not exactly viable with her methods!

And yes, she would pull that on Dev in one cutscene. :-D

Funny thing about the magic-dye business. Someone more skilled in illusion magic than Kathy would see straight through the dye. But they would also sense that there IS dye there. They just don't know what colour it is. If someone like that saw her in this dress, they would prolly give her weird looks and ask someone else what colour her dress is. Aaand that someone could tell how she had to re-colour ALL her clothes because so many had purple. She was so angry about it!
"Don't worry, chief. She hates the rebels for ruining her wardrobe just as much as we hate them for killing our men."

As for any other outfits, she surely would have A LOT. It's just the limitations of making a game, especially solo. :')
And I don't want to spend time designing dresses I won't get to show in the game. :U
Just know that there would be a lot of corsets and skirts. Likely even a duplicate of this dress so she can torment Chase whenever she wants, even if one would be in the wash.
