A portrait of Stephanie Gutowski . I had an eye on that photo of hers for a while.
Fun fact: Some time back I had dreamt that I had painted her and was very pleased with the result; woke up to find out I hadn’t, much to my disgruntlement. I consider this amended now, though as usually, in my dreams my work is infinitely better! :}

Very good work Eleni, especially in such a short timeframe. The jawline caught my eye first. You caught the shadows on her skin really well, especially under the jaw. There's a lovely free flowing style around the hair and the dress straps in particular. I don't like those two black lines above the left eye where the hair parts, they stand out too much in my opinion.

the skin tones are very delicately rendered, especially loving the underplay of shades that her chin casts.
