...I was posted in the search party. We were trying to track down where those wraiths had disappeared, but we didn't have much luck! The wraiths had wiped the whole area clean in the ambush. Who knows where they came from anyways? The team consisted of eight soldiers, split in two groups of four. My group, team Bravo, was to search through the northwestern hangars, in hopes of finding any live soldiers or the wraiths. Our orders were clear: if we ran into the wraiths, we were to kill them, before they made it out of the complex. I heard from the Alpha-squad that they saw a live human somewhere, near the south exits, through the security-monitors. I heard as they called to him on the inter-com, but then I heard that he didn't stop. He was obviously making a run for it through the southern exit.
   We came to a hangar-bay -door. It was securely locked up, real tight! Took a while for the techie to bypass the lock! But once we got in, we wondered what the hell was up with the lock! Just a huge pile of scrap-metal lying in the middle of the hangar floor. We radioed to the Alpha-squad and asked what was supposed to be inside hangar nr. 2, but they said that it was highly classified. A typical explanation when you don't know what the heck it is... We started checking around the hangar, but all that was there was the humongous pile of scraps, and some working tools. But then, all of a sudden, the techie's motion-tracker gave a signal! And when we realized that the moving thing was somewhere inside the scraps, it was already too late...
   The techie exploded in a blue-ish fireball. Everyone kneeled down and aimed at different spots in the room. No one knew where it came from. Then I heard a some sort of "swoosh" from near the roof, and the next thing I know, the 2nd in command died! I called for backups from the Alpha-squad and the MG and me started firing blindly towards the roof. But then I saw it, in the corner of my eye... A wraith was hovering on top of the scrap-metal. He swinged his arm back, and then he threw a blue-ish fireball at us. I ducked, and it hit in the wall, right behind me...
   I got up and started firing at the wraith. The MG killed the wraith, flying near the roof. Two new wraiths came flying through the wall. I worked with instincts, didn't think a single thought... I felt the recoil of my gun, pumping round after round into the wraiths, killing them in a rapid session. A wraith fired a some sort of blue-ish ball of fire at the MG, standing next to me. Man down, I was left alone! I kept firing at the wraiths, trying to dodge their fireballs, and trying to stay alive. Suddenly, I saw pieces of brick flying past me, and over me from behind. The Alpha-squad had arrived, and blown their way through the wall. I couldn't hear a thing! Either I had become deaf by the blasts, or then I was just in a combat-rage. Three wraiths came straight at us, at an immense speed. I flattened myself to the ground, as I saw two other soldiers die of the wraiths' fly-by. I got up and ran to the wall the Alpha's had blown through. Looked like we were retreating. The Alpha's leader was still in the hangar, shooting off at every direction. The other guy tried to call out to him, to get out of there, but for naught. Suddenly one wraith flew by and grabbed him. Took him real high, and dropped him down... Must've broken quite a lot of bones in the fall... But in any case, he was dead and we had to go!
   We turned around to start running, but it didn't even take three seconds, before I felt extreme heat, and a hellish force-wave behind me. I got hit. I crashed down in the floor, and saw the other guy, the last survivor, run his ass off past me and around a corner. A wraith went after him. And then, I felt an odd cold presence... Wraiths, all around me... With a last painful effort, I pulled out a heavy-explosive grenade and pulled the pin...
