Β so do you think you can be happy with this camera for quite a few years ? ----- Do you often use a tripod on landscapes ? - if so --I always thought the Β EF 70-200mm f/4L USM Β would be a wonderful lens - much cheaper than the IS version .

certainly hope so. though at my age i do not think so much in terms of years any more.
there is a tripod in my equipment. but to be honest - i am mostly too impatient to use it.
bought the 100 mm macro lens a few years ago and i regret a lot that i was too close-fisted to invest into the IS version ....

yeah - I think without a tripod or IS --a macro would be tough to use -the thing with a tripod though ( Ansel be hanged !
