drew this at school (no, not in class
) and i think im satisfied with the result ^^ (at least at the moment XD)finally a pic that took me less than 10 hours to colour and has a simple bg that fits the atmosphere *happy* |D
and theres a meaning to it, too ^^
in the language of flowers the arum (well here the white flowers are callas but i think its more or less the same ) means "i feel the same way as you but are you able to love faithfully?"
and the forget-me-not (the flowers in the hair) is a symbol for the longing for faithfulness and constancy
i think you can guess what this pic is about? Β°__^
i wanted to draw something with callas in it and so came the idea for this pic :3
critique encouraged as always because i want to get better ^^

thanks ^^ ...well i just put some white around the flowers with a soft brush et voilΓ :3 and when you copy the picture and set the copy to screen it looks even better ^^

This ... is reallynice . I specifically love the folds of the dress , her eyes , and of course .. the flowers !! I'm sort of lost between if the background adds or detracts from the image .. I think it sort of works because it's meant to be a soft picture , so not much contrast ... Her bracelet adds a lot to the image !! ^___^b

Very high quality work - the glowing aura effect works excellently, especially against the background you've chosen, and the colour scheme is very well-chosen. Your willingness to improve from such existing skills is very impressive.
Some points for improvement: there isn't quite enough sense of perspective to the scene. The dress and the hair both have a fine sense of depth to them; the forget-me-nots look just a little too flat, and you might have given better depth by having the leaf of the callas casting a shadow over her hand.
Overall, this has a very polished and professional look to it. Good work!

thank you ^^ i like lilies and the white in the picture means innocence too ;3 first i even wanted to draw lilies but i cant draw them that well and callas are also beautiful and easier to draw

My one critique for you (well, you did ask for it) would be that the space in between the eyes is a bit too short. (I stick to the one-eye-spacing rule. ^^)
