Description I created this sheepishly grinning cutie as a successor to Jacob's Lamb, who was unfortunately put out to the proverbial pasture. (JL was created before I knew that not all clays are created equal... this sheep is made of sterner stuff.)

Polymer clay and Genesis heat-set artist oils.

what tools do you use?

You can use practically anything! I've used a blunt needle, dental tools, metal knitting needles, a porcupine quill, small paintbrushes, and even those purple plastic Sculpey tools. Anything that will push the clay around to your satisfaction is fair game!

Thank you so much! The Genesis paints are a bit tricky to get used to -- they don't behave quite like any other paints, but I do love the results I can get with them. I like them better than acrylics for a lot of things, now that I'm getting used to them.
