This piece took me so freaking long to complete its not even funny. I've been working on it off and on for about 2 months now, only having the patience to sit down and work on it for a few hours at a time. But the end product was definitely worth it. the difference between now and the first time i ever used SAI or even ever did a digital drawing is phenomenal. Very proud of myself. The grass really looks realistic, so does the rock, if you want to go for a more realistic looking style, I would recommend making tree bark, and maybe leaves on the ground, or sticks on the ground, so it looks like stuff has fallen off the tree. I would also highly recommend putting something else in the background than just the sky. For example: flowers, bushes, trees, something around the tree and the swing, something behind it, or infront. Something that makes it just pop out of all the other drawings out there. Something that makes it fabulous. Something has to make someone just decide to click on the drawing. That is how you get more watchers. You need something standing out, something popping, something that catches people's eye so quickly. The way you drew the tree is fine, adding bark, sunlight bouncing off the tree, grass, and rock, would catch my eye, and other's eyes too. The more eyes you catch, the more people will follow you, because they are interested in seeing more.
