Yeah, that's the creator's name. He was also responsible for Stardust the Super Wizard. He was, frankly, a terrible artist, in a so-bad-it's-fascinating way. His work has attracted notice in recent years mainly for being utterly batshit crazy. His comics are bizarre and barely coherent. Here are a few examples .

There are a couple of compilations of his work in print: I Shall Destroy All The Civilized Planets! and You Shall Die By Your Own Evil Creation!

Yeah, it's kind of amazing that he managed to publish as much as he did. I don't know whether the train wreck effect drove his editors to keep employing him just to see what whacked-out thing he'd produce next, or if there was just so much demand for material for comics magazines back then that they'd print anybody who could deliver on deadline.
