it's form the manga... with the Airenkars (i dunno if thats how you spell it)
Airenkars are Shinigamis with hollows inside of them (like Ichigo)
They want Ichigo to join them so they start fighting

Black and white does this picture a really nice touch. I enjoy the smoke/sand/dust stuff..yeah. Never actually seen or read Bleach yet though I am hearing only good things about it
