Description
Inspired by Sahara, a song by Nightwish. I got inspired while I was studying for the exams in June, started dolling in July and finished it in August.
It's actually the first doll of a project involving two dolls: this is the part where the Queen is in the foreground, that little dark figure left is the Philosopher. I imagine the queen ruling over a dying kingdom, or to be more precise: a kingdom on a dying planet. That's why the sun isn't very bright.
Since the overdress is so sheer, I had to adapt my technique for making transparent clothes in MS Paint, which meant tons of recolouring <_< That and the background are the reasons why she took so long to make.
