I am typing this comment and I can't stop scrolling back up to look at the image... Anywho, Everything about this image fits together perfectly and the anatomy is flawless.
Also can't help but to think about all the people betching about the legs.... The way I look at it is; If you are trying to apply a level of realism (At this level) to this pokemon and stay true to it's rather scrawny limb-structure you might get left with some major skeletal-creepishness rather than the cute, pretty little thing we see before us now...

she's pretty but kirlia Doens't have boobs. she doesn't have huge thigh muscles, as a matter of fat she reminds me of an innocent little girl. Other than that, your anotomy is good.
