Description
This kanzashi is something that I have made for myself for an event that I was attending recently to match my kimono coordination.
I really like how it turned out, it's something different from what I ever made before, but I feel like swaying towards this style at least when I am making kanzashi for myself.
This piece has over 300 petals and it took me over a week to finish and I still love it!

I don't really make tutorials plus this one was more of one-of-a-kind piece. There are plenty of resources on-line nowadays that teach how to make kanzashi if you want to make something like this

Wow! This is exquisite! Β The colours are really beautiful; I especially like the contrast between the stamens and petals. ^^

Aww~ Thank you! The stamens are in a lovely copper shade (that I painted myself), it gives a nice contrast indeed. In addition the middles are iridescent and sparkle some pretty colour on the stamens but it's just impossible to catch on a camera...
